Join award-winning Professional Personal Trainer, Barbora for a FREE Functional Circuit Training on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am in our gym.

Functional circuit training is a group class in which you involve all muscle groups of the body in a higher intensity, improve your strength and condition, challenge yourself with non-traditional and body weight exercises and use various fitness equipment. The lesson is designed in 9 different exercises performed in 4 rounds, when you exercise for 40 seconds and rest for 6 seconds. Everyone in every fitness condition and age is welcome!
