Always wanted to get fit but no time/ no guidance /no motivation? Do you vow to get fit when you get away but don’t know where to start?
Well here’s the answer to all those excuses. The Rees Hotel Queenstown is offering completely free introductory gym classes for our guests in our gym on Mondays and Wednesdays conducted by certified local trainer and fitness guru Danny King. And if these fire you up for more, you are able to book directly with Danny for a training program to suit your needs and time.
Danny is a motivated, professional, passionate and down-to- earth personal trainer with over 5 years’ experience in Personal Training, Bootcamp and group fitness classes and a long-term Queenstown local who outside of the gym, enjoys the outdoors and walks with his Golden Lab, Sonny. Danny is focused on providing clients with the best results possible, through their training and nutrition so they can feel their best mentally and physically.
