  • Amuse – bouche
  • Pumpkin and coconut soup, Bluff oyster fritter, mushroom and fennel
  • Pressing of slow cooked Canterbury duck, fig, orange and gingerbread
  • Nelson scallops, fried compressed ham, cauliflower, truffle and apple
  • Cardrona Merino lamb neck and shoulder, beetroot, goat’s cheese, pear and celeriac
  • A cheese of your choice from our board with fruit preserve and Otago honeycomb

  • Whitestone Totara Tasty - This cow’s milk cheese is a mature tasting cheddar style cheese with a proper vintage cheddar flavour
  • Gibbston Valley Wakatipu White - This brie style cheese is made from double-cream Jersey cow milk and has a clean, creamy slightly acidic flavour
  • Blue River Curio Bay - A 100 % sheep`s milk Pecorino style cheese made in Southland. Aged for 6-8 months it has a nutty rich flavour
  • Whitestone Farmhouse – A rinded cow’s milk cheese that is the original cheese from Whitestone. It is fresh and zingy with a slightly nutty flavour
  • Gibbston Valley Autumn Gold – A washed rind cow’s milk cheese with a soft brie-like texture and medium flavour
  • Evansdale Tania- A lightly smoked cow`s milk brie with a smooth creamy finish and medium flavour made near Dunedin
  • Gruff Junction Fendalton – Aged for a minimum of a year, this semi-hard cheese has a smooth and creamy texture with a distinctive fresh tangy edge.
  • Gibbston Valley Kawarau Blue – Made from cow’s milk this medium strength blue cheese has a slightly salty taste and a creamy texture
  • Whitestone Windsor Blue – This multi award winning cow’s milk blue cheese is creamy and buttery with a full flavour
  • Gruff  Junction Lyttelton Blue – This blue goat`s milk cheese has a full blue flavour with a good creamy finish on the palate
