We are pleased to announce the next event in our Culinary Series: “The Coleraine Dinner”.
Saturday 15th November at The Rees Hotel’s True South Dining Room, 377 Frankton Road, Queenstown 6:30pm pre dinner drinks. Dinner commences at 7pm.
A five course degustation menu matched with a vertical tasting of fifteen Te Mata Estate Coleraine vintages – 1995 to 2009. Enjoy an evening featuring fifteen consecutive vintages of the legendary Coleraine hosted by John Buck of Te Mata Estate, alongside superb cuisine prepared by Beef + Lamb Ambassador Chef Ben Batterbury, of the True South Dining Room. The evening will begin with a glass of Taittinger Champagne and canapés, followed by Ben’s very special five course degustation specifically crafted to match these iconic wines.
