The Rees Hotel Queenstown Appoints Senior Guest Service Agent
The Rees Hotel Queenstown is pleased to announce the appointment of Nelson Pinto as Senior Guest Service Agent.
Mr Pinto comes to the Rees Hotel directly from Peppers Blue Water Resort, Lake Tekapo, where he was Reservations Manager.Â Having worked for Peppers Blue Water Resort for over four years, Mr Pinto has held various Front Office management roles, giving him an excellent understanding of Hotel and Hospitality operations.
Mr Pinto worked in various customer service roles in his native India before moving to New Zealand and becoming a student of the world-class Pacific International Hotel Management School (PIHMS).Â He retains his strong customer focused approach in his current role and says maintaining excellent customer service is the core importance of any organisation.
He will use his diverse front office and regional reservations experience to assist The Rees team and will be a particular asset interacting with their growing Indian market.
