On 19th May 2011, at James Beard House, the centre for the culinary arts in North America, international media and VIP guests gathered for an exclusive epicurean journey

‘Flavors of New Zealand’ was the brainchild of our General Manager, Mark Rose with support from New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and the James Beard Foundation.

This prestigious occasion in New York was hosted by the Consul General of New Zealand, Mr Paul Gestro and showcased our country’s finest ingredients and matching wines in a menu crafted by our very own Executive Chef, Ben Batterbury.
