Just a quick note to say thank you very much for looking after the UK delegation so well over the last week. I know General and Lady Richards have really enjoyed their stay and have appreciated being able to relax away from the pressures of London and the wider world. Thank you also for making it so easy to look after our team. It is not often that I actually feel relaxed after having helped hosting visitors from the UK but I can safely say that on this occasion I do.

Sorry about the tardy response but itâs been full on since we got home from Queenstown holiday â in fact I wish I was still on holidays!
We had an awesome stay at The Rees and Iâd definitely come back again. The staff were exceptionally good and couldnât do enough for us.
Iâve been talking to my best friend about coming over for a long weekend next year for my 40th birthday â child free! Sheâs currently working on her husband to get some brownie points so we can have a girls weekend away.

I have only managed to speak with a few staff at this stage (our GM is still enjoying your hospitality at this time) and the feedback has been nothing short of exceptional.
I have heard many stories regarding your efforts to go beyond the call of duty, including your appearance at the airport to return a remote control for our projector! On the one occasion when our Marketing Manager did experience a minor difficulty with a member of staff from the Rees, it was handled swiftly and professionally by you and your team.
The quality of the accommodation, food, hospitality and conference facilities was first class. It’s nice to see that a company website can actually live up to its claims and representations. Likewise, the other companies you recommended were also of equal calibre, with the bus driver and SnoPro earning special mentions. Rata also was a massive hit with the staff.
Your coordination of all activities, transfers, restaurant bookings, ski hire etc. made my job so much easier, especially considering our lack of knowledge regarding Queenstown. Having a local who understood and anticipated our requirements was an enormous help.
Hopefully we will have the luxury of dealing with The Rees in the future. We will certainly be recommending your hotel and facilities to the rest of the LVMH Group, customers and friends.
