Menu served from 4.30pm to 9.00pm
$125 per person and $55 for children under 12.

Be treated to a glass of sparkling wine on arrival
Fromage Blanc, melon, crispy prosciutto and basil

Slow cooked Canterbury duck, plum sauce, soy and cucumber
West Coast whitebait egg ‘en cocotte’, crayfish cannelloni

Roast Canterbury turkey with all the trimmings
Butter poached hake, minted broad beans, falafel, preserved lemon and aubergine
Sirloin of Wakanui grain fed beef, caramelised onion tart, Pecorino and mushroom

A selection of local cheeses with homemade crackers and fruit preserve
