Commis Chef

Guest Services Agent

Purpose of Position
The dream candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and is impeccably groomed. As the first point of contact for the hotel you will be customer service driven and enjoy exceeding customers’ expectations. You will be proactive with a vivacious and professional approach to guest services. You will conduct check-ins and check outs efficiently, whilst maintaining a friendly dialogue with guests. You will provide accurate and correct information on products and services as requested by guests and business associates.

Skills, Experience, and Attributes
Have previous front office experience in high-quality properties
Accuracy and an “eye for detail”
Passionate about “Customer Service/Care”
Ability to multi-task in a busy hotel
Be able to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
Have strong initiative and ability to think outside the square
Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
A second language is desirable

Seasonal Gardener/Hotel Grounds Person

Purpose of Position
This position is concerned with the maintenance of hotel grounds. As the gardener you are responsible for consistently maintaining the general up-keep of the hotel grounds according to the required standards.

Skills, Experience and Attributes
Horticultural planning and execution experience
Experience with powered gardening tools essential
Knowledge of irrigation systems highly desirable
Must be physically fit with a high standard of personal presentation and grooming
Knowledge of local plants and trees
Well-organised, able to work autonomously
Passionate about horticulture

Purpose of Position
Delight our guests with your 5-Star service! As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be customer service focused with a true enthusiasm for hospitality. You will work alongside passionate food and wine stars and you will have a desire to expand your knowledge of hospitality, food and wine and the ambition to perform at your best. You will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in fine dining and/or in high quality properties.

Hold relevant industry qualification/s
At least 1 year's experience in a similar role and high quality properties
Passionate about “Customer Service/Care”
Passionate about food and wine
Be able to work unsupervised with excellent time management skills
Have strong initiative and ability to think outside the square
Superior verbal and written communication ability with an emphasis on accuracy - "eye for detail”
Experience with POS system
