NIGHT PORTER
Purpose of Position:
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and is impeccably groomed. Â You will be proactive with a vivacious and professional approach to guest services. Â You will assist the Night Manager/Auditor Team with ensuring maximum security and safety of the hotel during the night.
Level of skill, experience and attributes Have previous front office experience in high-quality properties Food & Beverage services experience Proactive approach to problem solving Passionate about “Customer Service/Care” Be able to work autonomously with excellent time management skills Superior verbal and written communication ability with an emphasis on accuracy—”eye for detail” A second language is highly desirable Excellent computer skills and experience with PMS (Preferably CMS Guest Centrix) Enjoys working the Night Shift including Public Holidays Must be physically fit
FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
Purpose of Position
Join the award-winning True South Dining Room as an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining and/or in high quality properties. One of your key responsibilities will be assisting in the managing of all F&B operations with a focus on customer service and care whilst maintaining high brand standards.
Level of skill, experience and attributes
Hold relevant industry qualification/s
At least 2 years experience in fine dining or a similar role in high-quality properties Passionate about “Customer Service/Care”
Passionate about food and wine
Be able to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
Be able to work in team settings, demanding strong interpersonal skills
Superior verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on accuracy—”eye for detail”
Experience with POS system (preferably CMS Guest Centrix)
Desire and ability to lead, train and develop team members
Available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR(S)
Purpose of position
As an experienced and professional Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead a team of high performing team members. You will work alongside your team to ensure all accommodations, hotel public and private areas are serviced, cleaned, and maintained to our minimum required 5 star standards.
Level of Skill, Experience and Attributes
Accuracy and an “eye for detail”
At least a minimum of 1 year experience as a Housekeeping Team Leader or Supervisor in high-quality properties
“Can do attitude” with a commitment to team work
Must be physically fit
High standard of personal presentation
Demonstrates initiative
Punctual and reliable
A second language is highly desirable

Available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
ROOM ATTENDANT(S)
Purpose of Position
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, be guest service driven and enjoy exceeding guests’ expectations. You will be proactive and focused on cleaning, maintaining and servicing all guest accommodations, hotel public and private areas to the required standards.

Previous housekeeping experience – highly desirable

Kitchenhand
Purpose of position
Join the award-winning True South Dining Room kitchen team as a Kitchenhand. You will be responsible for the cleaning of food preparation and service handling areas and the restaurant with an emphasis on impeccable hygiene practices. You will use your initiative and creativity to assist the kitchen and Food & Beverage Teams with the preparation and service of food.
Level of skill, experience and attributes
Have relevant prior experience in high quality properties
Understanding of Food Safety and impeccable hygiene practices
